Booking/Cancellation Policy

All policies are created to protect both client and artist. To ensure all clients are treated fairly, no exceptions will be made. Please contact us directly with any questions!


BOOKING FEES

Prior to booking, all policies and procedure information MUST be reviewed.


​If you have any previous permanent cosmetics, you must contact us prior to booking. Not all previous work can be covered or tattooed over. If you come in with previous work that was not approved and it cannot be touched up or fixed, your booking fee will NOT be returned. All clients with previous PMU by another artist will be considered an Initial Session.

​ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW DATE ONCE!


CANCELLATION POLICY

I require a 48-hour notice to make any changes.

No-shows/same day cancellations will result in a loss of your payment.

Any outright cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your payment. If you wish to reschedule, the credit will remain on your account until you are ready to rebook! A pre-payment is required to book all services and is non-refundable.

Afterpay/Cherry financing payments are non refundable.

There is a 10 minute late policy. If you are 10 minutes late or more we may need to reschedule. Clients are booked back to back and I must ensure enough time to finish each one.

I'm super understanding and I get that sometimes things happen so if you need to reschedule, please just let me know ahead of time! :)

MEDICAL ISSUES 
As stated above, all policies are designed to protect both client and artist, and while symmetry wants to give everyone their dream brows, not everyone is a good candidate.  

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS PREVENT LUXE BEAUTY LOUNGE FROM PERFORMING PERMANENT COSMETIC PROCEDURES:

 

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding (ideally, we would like you to wait a few months after breastfeeding for the best results, but it isn't required to wait after stopping)

  • Under the age of 18

  • Chemotherapy (Must be after 1 year of receiving treatment)

  • Accutane users past or present (must be off of it for at least 1 year)

  • Sunburnt Skin

  • Certain Skincare with AHA Acids or Retinols. (please discontinue at least 4 weeks before your appointment)

  • Using any medical grade skincare lines or dermatologist prescribed medications

  • If you have any skin disorders in the area to be tattooed (eczema, acne rash, etc.)

  • Blood thinning medications

  • Hyper pigmentation issues

  • Are on and have been on Antibiotics within the past month.

If you have ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR ARE ON ANY MEDICATIONS (any autoimmune diseases, thyroid, diabetes, etc.) please inform me PRIOR to booking. You may not be a candidate for PMU, or a doctor’s note may be required.

 

If you fail to inform us of any medical conditions or any medications and we are unable to tattoo you, your booking fee will be forfeited.
